Ever do clamping by itself?

By that I mean, is clamping all that you do for PE? Also, what is your favorite clamping routine?

I don’t see a point in just doing clamping in nothing else, unless your only goal was to get girth.

Currently I clamp for 10 minutes after I do 15 minutes of pumping.

Drilla9 did.

I only clamp for now.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

I also only clamp as I am only going for girth and vascularity.

I will when I reach my length goals. For now I’ve drastically cut back on clamping and just do one 15 minute set at night whilst edging. Well I say edging, I don’t even get the urge to cum until like 20 minutes. So 5 minutes after the clamping is done. Probably going to add another set to the morning aswell though

Does clamping and pumping coincide with each other?

Soja - I’m sure there are pump clampers and clamp pumpers out there somewhere, but its best to keep advanced exercises separate unless you really know what you’re doing (and when it comes to our dicks, do any of us really know?). Also if something went wrong, it would be harder to identify the causes by combining too many extreme exercises at once.

Is that what you were getting at?

As per the opening question, I clamped solely for years, but as Maxtro says, I was primarily after girth.

As often as I can. Usually 3 times per day for about 15 minutes.

Do you think one 15-20 minute session per day would do any good?

I do 3x 7minutes which is 21 minutes total and it works great FOR ME, however, I am also not in a rush to get results. I do just enjoy clamping in general.

What results have you seen thus far?

The last 8-9 months, I have been doing many months where I only clamp with the intention to gain in girth only. I sometimes vary and do one month with stretching exercises.
