Excersise and P.E.

Would excersising on the days that you do P.E. make your penis grow quicker than if you were to just lay around all day or would it hinder gains

There is no known correlation but I wouldn’t be surprised if exercising has a positive effect. Exercising has a positive impact on your general health so ti is always good.

Do a search in the lifting area. Make sure to lift before you PE if you do it on the same day. Expecially if you do girth work.

What effect does it have if you Lift after you do girth work??

I am yet to draw upon proof that there is indeed a good correlation; however when I am fitter and frequently exercising I have a greater probability for erections which indeed helps my pumping sessions.

Doing any kind of lighter fitness will help a better blood flow, so it will also help PE, especially the girth work. With heavy fitness, it’s more difficult to keep good erection level.

Could you describe your experiences with heavy fitness and difficulty in keeping good erection levels?

I go to gym once a while, but if I do too much in one day, my body is exhausted, and at night I can’t get good quality erection. It’s very different if I just do threadmil and few modest weight-lifting.
