use the body fat scales which arent that accurate but give you a rough idea. Or see someone at a gym doing the pinch test thing

I have been at many different levels of bf% and have never noticed a decrease in my fat pad…although I have never been ultra shredded (ie below 8%).

in my experience, if your already in decent shape, ~15% bf, cutting wont make more dick appear from under the fat pad

fat calipers are good but underwater testing is the most accurate. im pretty sure if you got down from 15% to to about 7-8 then you would prolly notice a difference. It just sucks for us guys who are 7.5BPEL and have a 1.5 inch fat pad when we arent even that fat.

June 1 2006 I cut out all sugar. I’ve read that anything with high fructose corn syrup goes directly to stored fat. It’s amazing how many foods and drinks have this in them.

My waist line has dropped 5 inches. Over time I have been doing more and more intense sit ups. Now I do 100 situps on an exercise ball with my legs bent at a 90 degree angle to my torso while alternating a left right cross over punch. Then I do an ab crunch on the ball same position but relaxing and flexing my spine against the ball, 100 times.

My fat pad has dropped considerably and I’m getting a six pack.

I’ve had length gains of atleast 2/8s after 3 months and three weeks of pe. If I measured with a wooden ruler I would probably measure longer but I want to measure more in inches not just 1/8s.

I don’t see how less of a fat pad would make that much of a difference in a bone pressed measurement.

It wont make a difference in your bpel but if you have a 7.5” bpel which is well above average but also have a 1.5” fat pad your nbpel is only 6. So if i had a normal fat pad i would have a considerably larger nbpel.

I have 0.5 inch fat pad. I am naturally skinny, but don’t know whether or not this has to do with the thickness of your fat pad.

I’ve asked my doctor about that. According to him, the fat can be removed but will be replaced in a short time.
