Interesting that erection aid pills also might improve PE. Actually, this is what I suspect for my case as well. Every month I’ve gained significantly (meaning there is no doubt about it), I have been taking Prelox. Prelox stimulates blood flood in the penis and can be bought in Sweden in about any health-food store (subscription free). I’ve been a bit careful so speak this out as it might also be the case that I am just more inspired during these periods but I have a feeling that they help me getting the max out of my PE sessions. So, I will continue my experiment. Last month, I didn’t take them and I gained very little or nothing at all. Let’s see if there is a change in October as I am now taking them again.

In answer to your questions:

SED26 - you’re doing Horse440’s while clamped, or not clamped? I’m squeezing to add extra pressure WHILE CLAMPED - making in OK beneath the head and thereby adding pressure between there and the clamped base. The pressure is kept up for 20 minutes pretty steadily. If you’re just doing squeezes, without clamping, it’s a whole different deal, and I don’t know if the pressure is applied for long enough to get the gains.

Also, I take a rest day every third day or so, not every other day.

VKN - do a search and you’ll find all you need to know about lymph vessel blowouts. They look like little worms under your skin. And they will knock you out of the game for at least a month.

Oh ok I do squeezes unclamped. So do you think it would benefit more to do it 3 on 1 off if 1 on 1 off isn’t working for me?

I know that a lot of guys have problems with lymph vessels me included from the very first PE day.

Now I do PE, in a light form, only 2 times a week. I had about your gain 1” erect NBPEL and 0.5” girth .

For girth I tried everything but my gains are only from clamping with cable clamps. I stopped after 8 months because a bad discoloration.

So yes clamping is the best thing for girth.

Congrats on your gains.

I’m wondering however if you stopped PEing at least a week before taking those measurements. In my experience with clamping, gains didn’t last long (days) as soon as I stopped.

Obviously those gains were not cemented yet, john.

In that case, shouldn’t we call those “gains” swelling or temporary damage ?

Sed26: yes, I don’t think you’re doing enough to get gains. You might want to try clamping, and yes, I don’t think squeezes every other day are enough. I like to stay clamped for at least an hour a day during on days, adding squeezes to increase the pressure.

To you other guys - yes, true, all that matters is the gains that are CEMENTED. Your “gains” will always drift back after a few days. Your true gains can only be seen a week or two after your last PE session, during perhaps a recon. My first quarter-inch girth gain is definitely permanent - even years after PE. This new one, we’ll see, but it’s following the same pattern - a quarter-inch below my maxed-out, fully-inflated, clamped expansion. This maxed-out figure was 5.5 when I got the 5.25 girth, and now is 5.75 as I cement the 5.5 girth. I believe I can predict that I will cement the figure a quarter-inch below max expansion.

So far so good with lymph vessels - I am making an OK sign with fingers around the area that has had the most problems during squeezes, so the pressure is elsewhere and not there.
