Finally moving on to advanced exercises
Okay I’m going to move on to advanced exercises.
Should I go with Uli’s or with horse squeezes?
I’m leaning more toward horse squeezes 2-3x a day, 5x a week.
Basically, I’m going to do 10 sets of 20 jelqs and 10 sets of horse squeezes 3 times a day.
Should I take it slower or is this well planned out?
