Finding balance...

Okay so I’ve gained about an inch doing PE so far. BUT I’ve also been having some erection problems and I’ve been doing kegels from the beginning. However, reverse kegels are news to me…

Just to reflect, here’s what I got from this site…

Regular Kegels - Improve erection quality, Reverse Kegels - Enable you to have sex longer

My question is, how to balance? Is it possible to be efficient in both without sacrificing one for the other?
Although when push comes to shove I’d rather have better erections…
Any suggestions?


Started - 5.75BPEL, WAS - 6.75BPEL

Currently - 6.00BPEL 9 months now...
