First lig pop after over 2 years?

I think I got one about 2 minutes ago and it couldn’t be heard, but it could definately be felt. Strange that it’s taken this long a time.

Yea that does seem to have taken quite a while, I got my first one I think after a month or so

But I can never be sure if it was felt like it, but thats just not strong enough evidence for

Me to believe it acutally popped, will never know^_^

Yes, the feeling was a bit uncomfortable, and it is strange that it would come after me gaining over one inch in length :) .

I had what I believe was a lig pop the other day.I didn’t here anything either,but I was sitting still hanging,and all of a sudden all my weight kinda jumped a little.It wasn’t painful but felt kinda strange.

Hey Krowax what’s your routine, were you hanging during the lig pop? I’ve been hanging about 5 months average gains I think. But I never had a lig pop.

I get lig pops regularly, from plain, manual stretching. They feel more like tissue tearing than gas moving (like popping knuckles), but they never hurt. And, since I sometimes see a small increase in length shortly afterward, I don’t sweat about them at all.
