Ok, I’ve been trying to fowfer for a while, but I notice that it’s unpleasant due to the location of my balls. Whenever I put by penis BTC, I somehow manage to sit on a testicle. How have others managed to get around this? My BPFSL is 7.5”+, so I should have plenty to work with…

God, you know I’ve always wondered about this too: even when the nuts are out to the side they still can get crushed too easily.

Can you not pull your unit around your balls and then behind?

Edit: Or instead pull your unit out to the side and back, under one leg, and keep your balls roughly where they would be anyway?

Unfortunatly, mine hang rather high up, making going around them rather difficult, but under the leg? Handn’t thought of that one… Seems to work ok. Thanks!

I’m trying to figure out what fowfers are, are they when you pull your unit BTC and then sit on it? If so then I do these fairly often.

I pull my testes to one side as I pull my penis back and I don’t have problems with sitting on a testicle. I’m also wearing an ADS while I’m doing them if that makes a difference. I switch which way my testicles and penis go every 20 minutes, and after about 1.5 hours I can feel that I’ve stretched my ligs really well.

I do a modified fowfer. I don’t sit on it! I just pull my balls to the side and stretch (with one or both hands) as far back and up as I can stretch it, then hold it for at least a half minute each stretch, alternating sides.

I think this stretches the ligs much more than just sitting on it or sitting with it under your thigh. And you don’t have to worry about the problem of lack of circulation to your glans.

It is not as passive an activity, obviously, and you can’t be busy doing other things while you are stretching. But it’s much more intensive and a better stretch, I believe. And I never have to worry about squashing one of my balls. (They hang pretty low).

Do your ligs have that dull ache after you do this? Because I get that from the way I do it, and I think it may be like the “fatigue” hangers talk about.

Exactly. That’s the best description I can think of. It’s not real pain, just a dull ache. It definitely hits the ligs. I just have to be careful not to twist it as I’m pulling it back. I try to use both hands once I get it all the way back. Sometimes I even do deep knee bends. This really stresses the ligs. But I didn’t try this until I had been practicing PE for better than six months.

I actually took a walk while having my unit tucked in there. I got a good tug every time I took a stride. :)

I just tuck it in beside my balls, pull it back from behind. It just stays there for me. Maybe the hot weather has something to do with it.

Do you wear tight pants/underwear? I’m pretty sure I couldn’t walk without it falling back down,(though I haven’t actually tried.)
