From 5" to 7"

I took a little time off last month and on Monday I am starting back up again. I will be doing what I did before. Five - seven mins. in the morning. Five - seven minutes of wet jelqing at night. I do my wet jelqs at 50 -75% erect. I plan to exercise every day I can. I have not been as methodical as I was in the past so I don’t know how many days a week or exactly how long I will spend on my routine. I can say that the stretch I discovered got me gains, but it only works in the beginning when the ligs are tight. After I feel no resistance from this stretch, I stop stretching altogether and focus on jelqing.

I jelq for around 15 minutes every 3 days at about 50%. I also sometimes end with jelqing around 90% but only with slight pressure. This definitely helps me with girth and makes my flaccid hang way longer. Hope that helps. Also, Babbis, it was based on the routine you suggested because I couldn’t be bothered to pull my dick every day as I have a busy life and it has worked. My goal now is to reach 8bpel and 7nbpel.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

I always hear that “it’s a marathon, not a sprint” because of that I put my ruler away, and I am trying to imagined my dick om 3 or 4 years.

Walter, congrats, and I totally love the simplicity of your approach.

I’m almost in the 2” club started at 5.75 and at 7.25 so getting there. I just need more dedication :)

You are my hero! ;) I started at 4.9” BPEL two years ago and now I am at 6.1” BPEL…my goal is to get to 7” too. I think I am in similar position as you were…. Congratulation on your gains! I wish you get to 8” ;)

Walter’s experience definitely fits with my current theory on PE. I’ve come to think that frequent, short workouts with moderate to high intensity, along with plenty of days off and rest periods could be a very effective routine. And like everything, a healthy diet and regular exercise can only help.

I don’t know the physiology of it, but it seems to me that doing it this way will keep your penis in a semi-unconditioned state and thus more receptive to growth. The idea is kind of like interval training for cardio or the muscle failure body weight exercises we used to do in the Army. Short sets of high intensity until you’ve reached your limit, followed by at least an equal period of rest and recovery.

Gosh, I think I’ll go do 5 minutes of Jelqing right now!
