You may not of gained anything then. A NBPEL can fluxuate by 1/2” over a few days, or week due to water retention, or fat gains or losses.
BPEL is much more accurate for keeping records.
I understand that NBPEL measurements are what you see when viewing your penis, but that size changes quite often over the weeks.

I agree with big luke. When I first started I used to do nbpel, I was all over the place. It’s ok to measure that way but for statistical purposes, much better to do bpel.

I have gains boys , 4 years now I’m the same weight and the fat around my cock hasn’t change.It’s a real gain I tell you :) .From now on , I will measure BP.

Log it into the Hog Log chrono. I hesitantly threw a tape around the thing 2 days ago after edging for 30 mins or so and noticed .125 gain in girth. Couldn’t believe it. Old cloth tape thats been around for years and little ragged on the first couple inches.

For some people it does not work that way chrono…I believe that those who find it hard to believe you are those who advocate for ‘do not give it a break-push, push, push”.

I have read many guys claiming that they do not use breaks and they gain-I have no reason not to believe them…for me it was always different-I did gain mostly during breaks. I believe there are “two schools” and you are in ‘less is more’ :)

Less is always more…most of the time.

NBPEL can fluctuate greatly I can go from 7.5” to 7.9” basically I runs between the two numbers.

This principle is often quoted in body building situations. PE is a form of body building I suppose :) . Generally you stress the muscle enough to cause micro tears. The muscle doesn’t “grow” while you’re working it, aside from the “pump” people refer to which is mostly just blood pressure. It is exactly the same with PE :) Your dick does not grow during PE…we do not ‘stretch it’ just like some gum or something similar :) We try to make it ‘grow more cells’. It is simply impossible to make penis bigger while not adding any new cells. And cells are not being added during PE but during rest/heal period. It is something different when targeting ligs-you can stretch it in some way just like ‘gum’…so guys who target ligs may see big differences between measurements…I target only tunica.

Now, I can understand that we all differ as far as amount of force/rest is concerned. In my example-and I am now third year into PE-less was always better…I did not see that during that times as I was not experienced enough but now I can see that. It happened to me three or maybe even four times that during the break my dick was bigger…I have seen my dick growing during PE only once…it was at the beginning when I was using PeniMaster…but when my gains stopped I made the most stupid mistake rookie can make-I added force and time thinking it will help…unfortunately it did not!

For me it was always a bit like with IPR protocol of Xeno…I need to stop…allow my dick to heal and grow and start again. I believe that it does not work the same way for everyone…and this scares me because it makes the whole process of growing even more complicated to understand! :) But anyway-it works for me so I am not even trying to figure out ‘why’ …
