Future growth

Today I measured right after my PE session and noted a .25 inch increase in length. Is this an indication of future gains?

Any measurement that is larger than your last measurement is a gain. Whether you’ll keep it or not is another matter. It seems to show you certainly are capable of gaining. Keep it up and find out! :)
