Yeah man, I get it. Just trying to be efficient and gather as much info as possible so I can head down the correct path without wasting too much time. I know it’s inevitable and everyone has to find what works best for them though.
I did manual stretching with a little jelqing for 6 months or so. Did a couple weeks of pumping before I stopped when I realized I should do length before girth so I’ve been hanging for a few weeks now, maybe a month.
I started at 2.5 lbs and every week went up 2.5 and was at 9-10 lbs but I really didnt feel fatigue like im supposed to. I then started fulcrum hanging with only 5 lbs and yes I feel the fatigue much more. I’ve been doing the fulcrum now every other day for about a week. Doing every other day instead of every day because if I do I get too fatigued and eq drops a lot. I think I may have found my sweet spot but too early to tell yet. What I do know is that I get a much better stretch and flaccid hang when doing fulcrum instead of SD.
