general soreness

After a good stretch, sometimes I have a general soreness for a day. I am doing a 3 on 1 off schedule, but I am wondering if I should stick to that no matter how sore I am, or if I feel sore, take the day immediately ?

If you have pain you should take off until the pain is gone, but if your just slightly sore than workout. Pain means stop even if it’s slight.

Dino’s right pain is the last thing you want. There’s a big difference between soreness and pain.

If ever I experience any sharp pain I stop because I imagine it could be nerves complaining.
