Getting back to the basics

I’ve been inconsistent over the years and have not yet experienced gains. I’ve used pump, Penimaster and maxxtender. Before Thunder’s, I also did jelq and stretching for about a month and been inconsistent afterwards. I still haven’t gained.

What do you guys think, should I get back to the newbie routine and still wear my Penimaster? (I haven’t been using it because of injury for the last 3 weeks, I’m almost healed now)
It would be newbie routine + 5-10 hours/day Penimaster. Maybe I’d use the Penimaster to keep my unit stretched after workout for an hour or two.

What do you think, maybe the key to gains could be getting back to the basics?

I’d say the key to gains is consistency. You have to discipline yourself and stay at it, or abandon all hope of making any gains to speak off.

Yep I agree. Getting a good routine is important but being consistent is the key, it is the foundation at where you build your gains.

consistency is key.

Do as much as you can do consistently, even if it means reducing your routine. Once you’ve got the habit established try and add to and increase your routine incrementally. If you do so much all at once that it makes you want to give up then you’re basically working against yourself.
