getting rid of the fat pad

12

Does anybody know what the thickness of the average fat pad?

I’m overweight, but mine is no more than an inch thick (then again, it’s too difficult to get an accurate measure when you’re using a tape measure, which is why I don’t measure to the bone.) Our bodies all like to store fat in different places, which is why I’ll probably never loose my love handles (no double chin though.)

The fat pad, for some sad reason just seems to be the last fat to go. With women it is hips and butts, with guys it is belly, thighs and lower abdomen. I think because you just can not work this area. Crunches, setups and all lower abs work won’t touch it. Cardio seems to be the most effective, the tread, the track and the pool. I know you can’t spot reduce. We all know this. But you can tone specific areas. But this little triangle of fat right above one’s dick hangs on with a death grip. I know you can have it surgically sucked out, but the problem with lypo is where do you stop? If you lypo the pubic area you really need also to have some thighs and love handles sucked out too. I’ve seen someone who had just the pubic area lipoed. It just doesn’t look good I intend to exhaust every ounce of fortitude I posses to do it naturally. As a last resort I might consider the surgery. But if I’m going to spend that kind of money and suffer through that kind of post op misery (and post op lypo IS miserable) I would just do the alloderm graft and to hell with the fat pad. Take a look at 8-ball post op pics if you haven’t already.

Patience…

I am 190 pounds 6’2 athletic trim. Have very little fat on my body have small love handles. I run and lift occassionally. But my fat pad SUCKS ASS! I have a .7 fat pad and was wondering how bad the pain from lypoing it out would be. I can imagine it would hurt like hell but my cock would look way bigger without it. Anyone know the recovery time?

My friend that had it done was laid up about a month. He said it was the most painful think he’s ever been through. But it was a pretty radical job. I think the less fat you have the less trauma and the quicker the recovery time.

When you say radical job your talking about the pain, the look after, or the procedure? A month is a long time…

No need for lipo. I don’t care who you are, what your body type is, or your genes. Diet and exercise will get it done if you stay dedicated, period. But theres not a single exercise that will lose the fat from that area. Diet is what gets rid of fat. However that’s the last place you will lose it so stick with it and don’t get discourage and you’ll find success.

No. Jman: It was a month before he could exercise. The procedure was only about an hour and he was in the hospital over night, but sore for a long time. And to me the results looked bad, all sunken in and out of proportion with the upper belly and thighs. He eventually put the fat back on. I agree with incredibleholt: Exercise and diet are the way to go.
