Ok, so since I can seem to getting help with a routine.

How about helping figure out somethings.

I am going for length right now

Is it kool to include in a routine.

Jelqing
hanging
stretching

altogether.

I know that I am not a newbie, however, I am just trying to determine somethings out for myself in order to write myself a better improved routine.

Jelqing and hanging or jelqing and stretching. There is no need to do stretching and hanging together. You don’t need to work your ass off to get gains, you just need consistency and progressive intensity, with a good amount of rest. Don’t make life hard.
