Totally agree. I measure a good 1/4-1/2 in. Bigger in length and 1/16th in. More in girth in the few moments before cumming.

Do you do this exercises with lubrication? When I try dry jelqing with this technique my skin gets pulled up and makes it hard to do it with the other hand because the skin is already fully stretched.if that makes sense.

I do ‘em wet.

I have been doing 5on 2off.

50 5 second kegels (yes before routine)
5 20 second holds amazing isometrics
5 min warm up
5 min stretches only 9 oclock - 12oclock
10 min jelqs
5 min warm up

Guys, I have a problem now though. I posted about it but got very few responses and not much help.

My issue is I recently noticed running up the top of my shaft near the base and slightly off to the right is a weird thing. It feels like a peice of spaghetti or some hard cord in there and it’s about a half inch up my shaft from the base on top. I think it’s the lig but im not sure. It appeared when that area was really sore. It’s been sore and I couldn’t do PE yesterday because when I pulled out it hurt too much on that spot near the top of my base shaft (slightly to the right). What’s weird is I can find this cord type thing on the left side but it’s harder to feel. On the right I can litterally pinch with my forefinger and thumb and get “under” the cord and pick it up a bit as if it’s detached from the shaft. On the left side it feels like it’s sealed down to the shaft. Did I do permanent damage? The only thing that could have maybe caused it is too intense stretching. It’s weird because i’ve been pe’ing for almost 3 months and then randomly it was sore one day, I checked it with my hand and that cord thing is so easy to feel. It almost feels like a hard vein (thrombosed) but I don’t think it’s a vein as much as a lig. There’s no real way I could have made it thrombosed either, and if it is thrombosed the hard part is around 1.5 inches long. I think it’s just the lig but it’s some how detached! Please can anyone help me to understand this, I’m desperate and my PE has haulted.

If it doesn’t feel right, stop? You only got one penis man. Take some days off and see if it goes away, if it don’t; go to a doctor.

I think it’s thrombosed, not ligs. Do a search about lig problems/injuries

I’m aware of the whole only having one penis thing, it’s just I didn’t think I was doing anything to possibley hurt it. I don’t get how it could be thrombosed, but I’m definitely taking some time off to see how it feels.

What I noticed is, well, it does feel just like a vein that’s full of blood, does anyone know how a lig feels? What the diameter of a lig is? What confuses me with it being thrombosed is, why do I have another one on the other side just way deeper down in my skin?

Oh, this is probably important information: I noticed that when I stretch straight out normally it actually doesn’t affect that area any if at all, but the way I personally stretch is by grabbing my skin and using that only to be a way to get a grip (I definitely stretch my penis, not the skin), and stretching straight out using the skin is what hurts it a lot, but normal SO stretching doesn’t it affect it. What does that mean? I feel as though even though I was stretching my tunica well while using my skin too, I probably was pulling the skin around too much at the base and it caused some trouble. I feel that stretching repreatadly maybe caused whatever that cord thing is to be pulled out of where it’s rooted.

Cool I’m gonna try that.. I do something similar with the squeezing, however I don’t do 3 short squeezes. I just put pressure on it with my other hand.

I do this for 10 min (should I do more? Don’t have enough time), and I do 10 min of O-Bends and 10 min BTC stretching before that.
I get a HUGE pump, I go from 5” to 6” in my mid-shaft girth.

It’s just frustrating to see it deflate again hehe. So I use a rubber band to keep the pump.


Start (April 07): BPEL= 6.3" EG= 4.7"

Now (October 08): BPEL= 7" EG= 5.0"

Goal : BPEL= 7.5" EG= 6"
