DLD has a kind of horseshoe exercise, if you’re really after girth, that is supposed to work quite well. You need to get to about 80-90%, then you clamp your base with 1 hand & squeeze your glans with the other. Then you kind of “roll” your hangs around in a circular motion with applying pressure to the middle, sort of squeezing your hands toward each other (but not jelqing). It sort of hits the tunica from all angles.
