Give me motivation back please!

I haven’t Pe’d since the summer and have lost about 1 cm in length. The reason is following.

* I get a really horrible turkey neck
* I can’t do jelqs anymore because i get pain in the side of the penis, and that haven’t disappeared since summer.
* The flaccid penis has become bigger and softer since I stopped all PE.

Is there any light exercises or something that would help to maybe give gains and penis health without risks to do things worse?

Will stretches or jelqs do the turkey neck worse?

Please help, this is so confusing.


Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

If the jelqing gives you turkey neck . Perhps the waya to go is gentle pumping ie 2 -3 HG and see if that helps.

Obviously maual y manipulating your unit is cusing the Turkey neck so perhaps trying to avoid the pull will help possibly by improving your girth.

But it’s largely trial and error

Do you think stretches while holding the skin back would work? And is a turkey neck caused by too much skin or too little skin?
