The balloon analogy maybe simplistic, but in the realm of physiological/biological changes that occur during PE it is the ideal. The problem in PE is the penchant to over think the process, and I believe the reason there is so much faulty conjecture is due to genetic variability which result in different outcomes. However, I do believe we can generalize and agree that for the vast majority of us the ‘meat n’ potato’s work.
If we can agree, (obviously, this is fraught with huge hurdles) then, we would proceed in much the same way. Assuming the balloon analogy is ‘ideal’ for PE you can apply ‘fulcrum’ approaches that fit the paradigm to deform the balloon. We have all seen some people with ‘bowling pin’ penis’ (some are quite deformed and shaped like a highway cone) so these people have discovered how to exploit girth gains. Now, we could all chase the ‘bowling pin’ deformity but the ideal would be uniformity of girth gains. The ‘bowling pin’ results due to the limitations surrounding a genetic predisposition and that is your corona. You can blow-up the shaft but it will look grotesquely deformed (IMO) when contrasted to a much smaller corona. If you want girth you can have it in truckloads but it does not come by flattening, it results from expansion (the balloon.)
Ask any one who has the ‘bowling pin’ penis how they got that way, and it is always a result of ‘horse squeezes,’ also, they usually have a genetic predisposition to gain easily due to a weaker tunica. But, we can all do that style of expansion, just a targeted expansion will blow your penis up. I bring up these circumstances to amplify the ‘balloon analogy’ you do not gain ‘big time’ in the girth department by flattening the balloon (when there is no air in the balloon it cannot be efficiently manipulated.) However, you can sculpt the penis with ‘horse squeezes’ and uli’s to gain quite aggressively in the girth department.
This fulcrum video looks nice because the guy already has ample girth and it has the visual impact of something that appears desirable, but I can just tell you from experience it does next to nothing (in a practical sense.) You’re much further ahead in PE if you stick to the facts and what case examples that are out there to map out a path. The ‘bowling pin’ is the case study, so how did it get that way and what can I do to get big but not look like a highway cone. Its pretty elementary if you do not delude yourself with guys with big cocks in videos.
