Let’s see. I believe “your theory” was:
1. Recovery Time is a must.
2. Drink a lot of water.
3. Eat Healthy
4. Be Consistent in your efforts
5. Vary intensity over time.
6. Concentrate more on the above rules rather than on variation of exersice.
Aristocane’s method is extreme expansion, everyday. I don’t see any mention of that in your theory. I don’t think he has mentioned anything relating to your steps 2,3,5 or 6. He disagrees strongly with your point 1, seems the only point you both agree on is point 4… and that’s a pretty damned well accepted concept around here to begin with.
So how exactly is he benefitting from your wisdom here? Just a little confused is all. Sure, I am glad that he could gain well from his PE. And you claim to have gained well too… But why try to steal his thunder?
