Good ADS Choices For An Active Lifestyle

So I currently hang for 2 hours a day at 8 lbs and am working my way to 3 hours which I should hit within the next few weeks. I would like to add an all day stretcher to my routine to help my penis heal in the lengthened state. I have already gained 1.5” since I started PE a few years ago and I feel like I am more working on the tissues of the penis now as apposed to the ligaments. It would make sense that I would get better continued gains with an ads device added to my hanging routine.

The only issue is I am always moving. Playing with my dog constantly, I go on at least one hike per day, in and out of my car all day and then I work nights doing high risk security contracting stateside late in the afternoons 7 days per week and most likely won’t be able to use a full on device in that circumstance.

For my personal life, does anyone have a recommendation for an ads device that would be good for for an active lifestyle?

I think you are doing great. You should probably just stick with what has been working for you.

From my experience ads are a waste of time. That’s just my opinion and experience.

If you have gained over an inch and never used an ADS, what makes you think you need one? That’s a lot of length to add and I hope to do the same in the next two years. Congratulations.

Mostly just to get gains faster. Look at how long that 1.5” gains have taken me. Years of hanging and manual stretching. I’m cool with just sticking with my current routine and living the slow and steady life. Just looking at my options

This is a slow and steady endeavor. By all means, try anything that you think would be beneficial. Personally I would just keep doing what your doing until the gains stop.

If I was going to try anything to make it more quick and easy, I’d have to say the Ultrasound thread Kyrpa has is mighty interesting. I’d thing hanging and ultrasound would go hand in hand.

I would go with Monkey bars ADS. Baggy pants and attachment to the knee or modify it and use the device to “wrap it” around your waist.

I made a Captn’s Wench and strap it BTC. I also have a pretty active lifestyle. This has worked for me.

It can still get a little uncomfortable every now and then, but for the most part it is comfortable.


Starting Stats - BPFSL: 13cm, BPEL: 13.5cm

Current Stats - BPFSL: 15.4cm, BPEL: 14.6cm

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

I have no idea about your stretcher. But if you can get the attachment then go for it.
