I started PE in 1997. I bought an infamous “Dr Joel Kaplan” pump from the back of a muscle magazine. I experimented and learned how to do it without getting blood blisters/bruising. I pumped 4 times a week. Eventually I worked up to sessions that lasted 2 hours a day (15 minutes on, 1 minute off). I never exceeded 6-7 inches of mercury. I did this for about 5-6 months and gained 1/2” in length and 1/2” in girth. Needless to say, I was stoked!
It was during this period that I learned about jelqing from a Gary Griffin (RIP) book that my friend bought at a Tower Records store in downtown Philly. For some reason it took me awhile to get the hang of it. I tried jelqing with a flaccid dick—that went nowhere. Then I discovered that jelqing worked best with a 60-70% erection.
I started to combine jelqing and pumping. I’d jelq for 45-60 minutes, then pump for 1 hour, sometimes 2 hours! I started to notice some great gains. By this time I was PEing for up to 2-3 hours a day, 5 days per week.
After another 6 months passed, I started to concentrate more on jelqing. Pumping was getting boring and doing both was taking up way too much time. I jelqed for an entire year and my length went from 6.5” to 7.5” —I was amazed. I think my gains were attributed to my tenacity being very careful not to hurt myself. I was obsessed with PE by this point, jelqing 5-6 times per week, 90 minutes at a time. I reached the 8”L mark by the end of 1998.
By this time, I discovered the internet and was a member of the PE board (EZboards). There I read about stretching and hanging. The thought of attaching a swim cap to the head of my cock did not appeal to me, so I never tried that. I began doing manual stretches before my jelq sessions.
After another couple months, I stopped stretching and got into hanging weights. I made my first hanger from supplies I bought from Home Depot. It worked pretty good. I’d usually hang while I was surfing the net. After a 1 hour hanging session, I jelqed for 45-60 minutes.
By 2000, I was hanging, jelqing and pumping. This took… no BS… 4-5 hours per day! When I was done pumping, my cock was 9 inches soft! —I am not kidding —the thing looked like a pink and purple firehose. On an off day my erect measurement was 8.75”L and almost 6.5” G.
If I was going on a date that night, I would do a 4-5 hour PE session, then take the girl out to dinner or whatever. When I unveiled my cock, the chic would gasp! —Believe me when I tell you, every girl that saw it got totally turned on. They all wanted to suck and fuck it. When I look back, I’m really surprised I had time to work 8 hours a day, go to the gym for 2 hours, eat 5 times a day and have a social life. PE was all I thought about, it totally consumed me.
It was now early 2001. By this time I was certain my cock was invincible… I was wrong.
It finally happened… I got injured while hanging. It was a combination of the weights being too heavy and not taking proper rests in between sets.
It’s funny I didn’t notice it till a few days after that session. I would jelq and I noticed a huge red spot and pain on the left side of my circ. scar.
So, I stopped for a week and figured it would heal. It didn’t heal. I took another 2 weeks off and the redness was gone, so I tried to jelq again … the pain came back and redness was worse than ever. I was 99% certain that I had torn the tunica. I never went to see a doc either.
In May 2001 I had an offer to move out to San Diego and start a new job. I accepted that offer. I thought this would be a perfect time to take a layoff from PE, concentrate on my new job and learn my way around California. The West coast is much different than the East coast… very laid back and easy. The chix out here are incredible!
Over the past 3 months, I performed some light jelq sessions with very good results. I am easing back into it slowly, but surely.
