Got Scrotoplasty Surgery

This doesn’t belong in newbie, but I still can’t post in main member, even though I’ve been a member since 05. Can a moderator please move it.

I had a lot of loose, excess skin, FROM PE. And yes I did PE properly, but you end up with alot of loose scrotal skin, and skin above the exit point. It was annoying, excessive, and looked like ‘dog ears’ around my penis. Not good appearance either. I have been looking into, and investigating this for over 2 years. This was not a jump the gun decision. Looked for the best, most affordable, and experienced surgeons.

Excess skin around the shaft and scrotum was removed. Along with tacking stitches/sutures at the base of my penis, to keep the pubic-area skin from ‘sliding’ down the shaft, keep it pinned back.

It cost $6,000.00

I got quotes from 4500 to 8500.

My package looked dreadful the day of/after surgery. Package swelled up like grapefruits, swelling, bleeding, and bruising was excessive. Iced non stop and did my pain meds, infection meds, and cleaning instructions religiously.

After 2 weeks, I was getting around pretty well, odd nerve sensations created some uncomfortable feelings once the swelling started going away. Didn’t get cleared til 1month post op to do exercising or weight lifting.

So far, I am happy I got the operation. I was sick of what PE did to my unit esthetically, so I fixed the issue. And now, I’m not worrying about it anymore, like I did, everyday for years.

Congratulations on doing what you felt you needed to do, and are happier because of it. I’m having a hard time understanding this though, if you don’t mind can you put up some before and after pics if you have them? I’m just curious to see what you refer to as “dog ears”.

Any before and after pics to share? I am sure a similar procedure would apply to turkey neck that so many guys complain about.

I’ve thought about getting something like that done for my turkey neck problem. I was going to wait until I was totally done PE. Would you recommend someone else do it or is this more a warning comment?

Well that is a lot of money. But congrats anyway as the purpose is solved. :)

I went looking for more info on this and almost all the results that turn up are for Female to Male gender reassignment! I just want to tighten up my sack!

I’m planning to get rid of my penescrotal webbing as well, but $6000? Are you freaking kidding me? I asked one clinic, and they wanted $2000 with general anesthesia.

Get some photos up if you can please. Once I reach my goal length I want to have this done.

I will eventually put pics up. I have before pics ( I think) still on my computer. I want it to be fully healed. At the 6 month marker. I called around to every surgeon, that was note-able, from the east to west coast. 6k was the lowest price for what I was looking for. There was upwards of 8700. Yeah seems expensive, and is, but you only want to pay the best, most respected surgeons when it comes to a knife being around your unit. So the extra money for a more promising result, was worth it, in my opinion. I just had so much excess skin it was bothering me, every day all day, to do something about it. I believe at the beginning of PE, I stretched incorrectly—too much skin—-not enough unit. I also thinking pumping gave me-loose skin.

And you may get different quotes, that seem lower, but those quotes are for the surgery itself, then they tack on another 1200 to 2000 for the anesthesia.and a bunch of knickknack stuff. 6k-total, really was a pretty good price, considering all the quotes I had got.
