Hello to all at Thunder’s! I have spent over a month reading, so here it goes. I would like to thank the man behind the curtain. He must spend a lot of time and money working on this. I will be using the pay-pal account to help offset some costs at my first measured gain.

I found that the hardest part of manual stretching is maintaining a strong enough grip below the glands. My first week of stretching was joke, as I had no idea of how much force was actually needed to get results. I could pull only as hard as my grip would let me. DLD mentioned baby powder, witch I too thought is not only beneficial, but necessary to a manual stretching program. Then my technique evolved again. Rubber Surgical Gloves. The ones that I use have powder on them, and this seem to be a good thing. The traction produced by these gloves is unreal. In fact, I don’t consider what I did before I discovered the gloves to be PE, it was just a two week conditioning period. Now I can aggressively attack my tunica (8:00 LOT) and start to catch up to the big gainers. Enough rambling for now, later guys.

Think of those first two weeks as being necessary, not a waste of time. You were conditioning your unit, warming him up for some real work. Something all newbies should do, to reduce the likelihood of injuries.

I seem to remember someone else using latex gloves, perhaps it was luvdadus. Maybe not, my memory isn’t what it used to be. Whoever it was, they really liked the “grip” of the latex.

With an 8:00 LOT you should be focusing on ligs by stretching downward or BTC. Save tunica work for later.

Bring the torture on! I love it and have the battle scars to prove it. I have to be careful on my grip because although I have had some discoloration (red dots) from jelquing, I have major purple discoloration on the glands from pulling so hard. If I have the slightest bit of what I like to call a chub, or 20% erection, my head gets too much stress and blows up like I was trying to do squeezes to make it bigger.

Hobby, I thought I needed to focus on stretching above the loss of tug, but if what you say is right, this is good news for me! Now I have some visual tug back for a while, but at eight it takes a steep drop off. Perhaps I figured it wrong?

Guys who have low LOTS, say 7:00 or below, should focus on the tunica by working the upper angles. A low LOT indicates the ligs are already stretched, at least relative to the current length of the tunica behind the ligs.

Guys with higher LOTS should focus on ligs by stretching or hanging down, preferably BTC. Work this until your LOT drops. So the theory goes, anyway.

Try squeezing extra blood out of your head before stretching. If you use an overhand grip (pinky away), you can squeeze the head using your middle and ring fingers before tightening the ok. It takes practice to determine how full the head should be for best results. Too little blood and your hand will slip. Too much blood and the pressure goes too high.

Be careful. You’re not supposed to be trying to rip your dick off.:)

Thank you Hobby, I am fully aware of Bibs theory and about the role of the ligaments and the tunica in PE. I was under the impression that an 8:00 LOT was low enough to warrant tunica stretching. I would rather be told different because ligs can gain length fast compared to other tissues.

Did he?? I think he is saying, get all the lig gains you can before moving on to the tunica.

8 would be higher than “7 or below” correct??

At 8:00 you should still have untapped lig potential. If I were you I’d stretch or hang BTC until it no longer feels productive. This may occur at 7:30, 7:00 or even lower. Then either switch to tunica work exclusively or do a combination of tunica and lig stretches. If you decide to work both, do your tunica stretching first.

My LOT was 7:30ish last I checked, and I can still feel a good lig stretch if I work tunica before ligs. I’m not sure I’ll be able to do this when (or if) my LOT drops to 7:00.

I also have major discoloration around the tip of the head. When I complete my stretches, it’s almost black. If I lay off for a day it does reduce quite a bit but I’m worried there may eventually be some scarring.

I think it may be my grip. I wrap my forefinger around the bottom side of the area just behind the head and the top of the head goes against the fleshy part of the palm below the thumb. The thumb is in the same direction as the forefinger (sometimes called a false grip because the thumb and forefinger do not close). Is that your grip also? I think it may squeeze the head too much. With tissue, I can pull almost as hard as I want to for 15 -30 secs.

I think I/we may need to change the grip. Are most people using a simple OK style grip with head just inside the thumb/forefinger? I have tried this briefly and was not able to generate much force but practice makes perfect.

Alexh, my grip is the top of the nail on my index finger is resting on the inside of the thumb. I would call it a tight O.K. grip. My head is fine if I make a conscious effort to use the other had and squeeze the blood out of my head before I pull. I believe I may be pulling significantly harder than a lot of people on this board. I can keep the intensity up for an entire 45 second rep, and the 15th rep is still quite a strong pull so why not? I could always pull gently, but come on. I never get discoloration from bare hand manual because without the glove I cannot maintain traction to pull with that much force.
