Hamburger Crotch

Has anyone ever heard the term “hamburger crotch”. I’ve got one, it’s where your cock and balls are kinda high up. They don’t hang between my legs but instead on my pelvis bone almost. Anyone know how to cure this?

Didn’t you say you ride a bike? Bicycling can occlude the pudendal nerve,artery,vein. Get one of those bike seats that allow you nutts to hang naturally.
