Hand size

Hand size

Here’s an odd phenomenon to do with the relationship of body parts to penis size. I’ve grown up in a place where there’s a joke about measuring bloke inches compared to woman inches, where you stretch your thumb and your first finger apart as far as possible, which is meant to be the size of your unit. I saw it referred to on an episode of Friends once, so I’m assuming it’s not just a local thing.

I remember doing this many years back, and for me the ratio was true. It’s boxing day now and I’ve nothing better to do so I decided to measure my hand stretch to see how the ratio had changed in relation to my recent gains. Even though I’ve had some gains my thumb/finger stretch is exactly the same length as my unit. How can this be? Has the PE work stretched the ligaments in my thumb? If I ever reach 9” I might take up blues guitar Robert Johnson style :D

Wish it were true for me. I’d have 8 1/2 inches. Unfortunately I’m 1 1/4 short of my hand job.

I’m aware there are women who look at hands to guess mens’ sizes by. Though I don’t usually do it, I have actually sat with my fingers curled inward when around women because my hands are not big, so that they couldn’t get a good look at my fingers and hand size. I had become more paranoid about it after I watched a woman describe to another woman about how small my little finger (I forget what it’s called, the smallest finger on the end of hands) was. I couldn’t hear her, but I’m sure she was saying my dick was probably small because of my fingers. I’m too aware of my surroundings for my own good at times.

I read on one of these forums that hand size and shoe size have no real correlation to unit size.If I remember correctly the most significant comparison was from the tip of your second finger, between the index finger and the ring finger, to the middle of your palm.Even then the correlation was only .25, which isn’t really significant.

Hands, feet, nose, height, etc. It’s the eternal seach to find a body part that correlates to the size of a man’s penis. There just is no way to determine the size of the penis by other parts of the body. Of course, there will be guys with big hands, feet, etc., that have large penises, but the reverse will also be true.

You might find this abstract interesting.

I note that in the abstract you link to, the study done found that “The mean total penile length (stretched flaccid measurement) was 12.18 +/- 1.7 cm” (4.8 +/- 0.67 inches), which is a shorter average length than erect lengths found in other studies that have been referenced in these threads. Of course, the abstract doesn’t mention if the measured lengths were bone pressed or not.

My hands are kinda small especially when compared to my larger than average skull and 200lb lean mass body. I never thought it ever correlated to penis size though. Especially for us PE’ers, we must know it does not since PE gains do not change our hand, feet, nose size etc. Unless you mean pre PE size correlation only. Even then there is a suggestion that some of us have accidentally done minor PE without having known it. If anything the correlation should be in ones vascularity? The more expansive and developed one’s circulatory system is, the more likedly it extends into the penis. Maybe we’ll start seeing that people with less or more blood pressure or vascular veins have larger penii. :)

I personally don’t believe in any body part size correlation to penis size.

Can someone explain the index finger correlation? is it supposed to be a 1 to 1 relationship? 6 inch index = 6 inch penis?

That’s exactly what I’m saying has happened! I know there have been lots of threads on correlation of body parts already, but penis and hand size used to be the same for me pre PE. I’ve added over 1” and penis to hand size is still the same! I think that’s really freaky.

I thought maybe with stretching my hand I had possibly gained more range of motion in my thumb joint or something, but the other hand that I’ve never used is also the same size.

Hm now that you mention it ;-)

I accidentally managed to overstretch my left ligs in the tub. Now my right hand’s maximum span of the thumb’s tip to the index finger’s tip (direct connection) correlates to the gain by harming the ligs (which I’m in the process of getting healed atm, so it’s no PE for me).

The same thing on my left hand gives me a distance about 1 inch shorter than the one on the right hand.

But then I’ve been unconsciously using only my right hand to work my unit since my youth. Could very well have contributed to it.
The correlation between EBPL and maximum hand span is about the same - .5 inch on the hand.

Funny now that I think of it :)

For me, I have 1/2 inch less on my hand. It could works on NBPEL.

BPEL 7.00 in (17.7cm) WANT 8 in (20cm)

Maybe we should drop PE and work on hand stretching exercises instead, based on the inter-connectedness of everything :D
