Hanging and the punctuated theory/regime

So,
I have recently started hanging and I keep reading over and over that hanging requires no resting periods and one should only rest when he feels like injuries are creeping up.
Even knowing that, I aim to take 2 days off (weekend).

Now.. I always used little breaks (1 week decons) and I have also incorporated my first 1 month decon break in April.
I am wondering now how to proceed while hanging.
My plan is to have a 3 month period of exercising with a 1 week mini decon inbetween and then take off about 1 to 2 months.
But I am not sure anymore.
Hmm..

What do you think. How do hangers utilize decons? Whats your experience with it?
