Hanging Or Extender- Which Provides Fastest Length Gains

I take that Forte Plus and take a file or some sandpaper to it and take as much plastic out of the base as you can until it fits. Add to the outside of it with some kind of Mighty Putty type thing if you’re worried that you’ve weakened it too much.

To answer the Op question .

There is no such thing as what type of PE produces faster gains.

We have read so many posts over the years showing that are people that don t get any gains with extenders and when they start hanging the gains are happening,,,, and the exact opposite.

So its all about which method is more suitable for every dick.

I have a feeling, if I try that, I’ll probably end up breaking the whole thing, lol. I called their customer service, and explained the situation and framed it as feedback, not expecting any kind of refund. The guy actually offered that I could email them about my experience with the PF+ base being too small, and to send the device back, and that they would refund my money. I was kinda shocked and didn’t expect that at all. I’ll think about what you said, but I’m leaning more towards sending it back and investing that money into a good hanger at the moment.

That makes good sense to me. Different methods will exert different amounts of force or use different angles of attack, and all of these differences combined will have more benefits for some than others.

Sounds like we just have to find what works for us. Thanks for that advice!

Anyone who has experience VAC hanging as an uncut guy?

I read in another thread that if you are uncut, you do not need to roll back your forskin when applying the cup - this would be a gamebreaker if it works.
You will save a lot of time on taping - my question is if it produces enough traction for gains. Because for extenders you are recommended to pull back your skin before applying the cup.

I tried it but was getting skin stretch and the skin covering the glans was swelling very uncomfortably.

I have seen lots of great results with hanging as opposed to an extender. Both work (I use an extender myself), but it appears to be stronger with hanging.

In terms of intensity, I would look at it like weightlifting. Don’t overtrain, get enough volume, and adequate rest between sets.

Hanging is an advanced PE technique and has more risk of injury than many other techniques, especially if one’s penis is not “in shape” or conditioned. We strongly encourage new members to start with the newbie routine, or similar, for the many benefits it yields. One of the benefits is that the exercises help to condition your penis and be more ready for moving to advanced techniques if/when one chooses to do so.
