Well April marks the start of my PE career last year, I’ve now been at it for a full year, gained 1”EL and 1”EG.(No new gains since December.)

Yep! Congrats Red! You joined a month before me So I’ll be checking to see how much I’ve done in a year.
But don’t worry too much about the gains slackening off you did pretty good in the nine monhs so it will probably start again.

Fantastic gains Redwood, that is a big % increase overall, not sure of the formula to work it out though :)
Have you been doing the same workout since December? If so have you any idea why the gains have stalled?
