It’s August 22 Again!

Which means Thunder’s Place has completed it’s 6th Barnstorming year with an ever increasing membership (from 60,000 to 75,000). And a very determined number of guests. Every day.

So here is your chance to join in, raise your glasses, and wish our host a well deserved Anniversary Greeting . (Sounds like the Master of ceremonies at the Lord Mayor of London’s Annual bash ! But here we have a bash that’s World Wide - So beat that Milord!)

Seriously. It gives me great pleasure, and is a real Honour - Ok. Honor; to be able to introduce and start off the celebrations to six years, of an ever increasing number of members at Thunders. Forming a family of like minded enthusiasts with one aim in common - Improvement, and going to ever increasing lengths to attain it! (Sorry about the pun! Boss)

Now for this year’s celebrations theme. Can I suggest, that we mention a favourite thread (s) which may have contained a post we found Uplifting: Serious: Helpful: Funny/hilarious,. Impressive. Or simply Unforgettable ?

All you need do is to post the link, and perhaps copy the post you enjoyed and say why you found it memorable - maybe add a further comment . Or, if you can’t remember the name, point to it By ‘That thread which spoke of….’

Doesn’t matter if two people quote the same thread, as it may have impressed you in another way. Just about everything has been commented on in these pages, so we shouldn’t be short of Subjects.

It’s been a fun ride Thunder. And you aren’t the only one getting old. Happy Birthday to a wonderful website that I enjoy visiting and chatting with old friends, new friends and friends yet to be made.
