After all the hard work I’ve done to lose 45lbs, I hope that all that I ate today (and I ate a lot!) will not reappear as new pounds tomorrow! I was invited by a good friend for Thanksgiving dinner and it was fantastic. Good food and good fellowship. It couldn’t have been a better day.

My hope is, that all of you had as good a day as I.

I wouldn’t worry too much Panos. Having such a good time probably used up a lot of calories. Congratulations on losing the 45lbs by the way. :kisskiss:
