Hard to Gain

It’s an erection that goes on for more than 4 hours without any sexual pleasure or arousal. I had one for 29 hours. I lost about 50% of my erection quality. I heard horror examples of people with priapism who has gone on for days without seeing a doctor. It can lead to 100 % permanent impotence or even amputation of the penis. Yes, priapism it’s not to mess around with. It’s very dangerous.
I was wondering, are there other people on this forum who had similar experiences? And has benefited from PE?
