I am on one week, one day now. No sex, no masturbation. My fiancée is “out of commission” sexually for another month, so I am taking this time to not sexually satisfy myself to a) see how long I can last and b) see if it helps with my PE

What is the longest anybody has gone without taking care of business? It is really difficult right now, i’m browsing the web at work, a good looking popup comes up, maybe a nude picture and whamo im hard and precumming.

Most for me is about a week and it was a concerted effort; but then again, I am the all-time masturbation / sex king … I am still going two to three times a day at 35!

Try and divert your mind to something else. I managed six weeks, after two weeks you will have much more energy.

Yeah I think that’s why it is so difficult for me, I was at about 2 times a day.

Also another point of this “exercise” is to stop looking at porn, I was lasting way too long in bed. Even without a condom I could go up to 30minutes of straight fucking before blowing a load. Some women like it, but my fiancée starts getting a little pissed after 20 minutes. She’d prefer 10-15, but that is what a relationship is about is compromise, right ? :)

This is my 10th day without ejaculating and I agree with you guys - its tough, especially during PE. I’ve attempted this several times before and eventually blown during a PE session accidentaly - which is annoying.

With regards to effects on PE I think it’s a double edged sword. It helps my girth workouts as erections come at the drop of a hat and I find it easy to jelq for 20-30 minutes without needing to re-stimulate. However this makes it tough when I’m doing my stretching as erections aren’t wanted there.

And in general you feel more sexually energized. You find yourself attempting to sit next to the best looking girl on the train etc. Its kind of funny really. Give it a try - for a week if possible, and judge for yourself.

Oh and another thing - when you do decide to blow your load - edge for 10-15 mins and then blow - You’ll See.

The best way to control your need to cum is edging while doing PE, after a while you can almost control when you cum from 5 minutes to whenever. I don’t think it’s really good to go longer than a week without having some sort of release your nuts may blow up.

A buddy of mine went 2 months once.

Been there. I have been married 10 years. We have gone 3 months without sex from time to time… then again we have gone 3 times in one day.

Marriage can suck sometimes. Imagination is a good thing… and sometimes masturbation is better than sex with Wifey.
