I’ve been doing a 2 on 2-3 off with some success but I do notice that my erections are not as hard on my second day on. Been thinking about a 1 on 2-3 off schedule. Not sure if anyone else does this or if they did how it worked out for them.

My bad, I mean a program of just the regular stuff, jelqs, Uli’s, stretching…no clamping or pumping. But i’d be curious as to those thoughts too.

I’ve been PEing for a while now and just got off a 6 week decon break… the last routine I had before that I gained about .25” in length on a 1 on 2 off schedule.

I would give it a shot! What type of routine are you doing now?

Maybe that’s what I’ll start doing when I come off my 2 month decon. I remember when I first joined here I had that idea but it was belittled by a few people that I would consider vets, which turned me away from the idea. Now the more I read, I wish I would of gone that direction early in my career.

It’s easier to increase intensity over time than to back off. One can lower the intensity but it’s my belief that once you overwork your penis too long, you have to take a decon break before getting anymore gains.

I have been using a 1 day on with 2 to 3 days off for the last 4 months with success. I would like to point out that I am still very inexperienced with the idea of penis enlargement in general.

I have gained about a half inch in both length and girth using that routine of on and off days. When I started PE in 11-08 I had no idea what I was doing (not that I have an exact idea now). In fact in took about until late February to get an idea of how to exercise correctly and I am still learning much.

I started using a 1 day on 2 or more days off routine because I noticed that doing more days in a row resulted in a very “worn out” feeling in my penis. That is, erections were not as frequent and it seemed very sensitive to stimulus. Once I finally learned to listen to my body and back off a bit, things started to turn around. I am still trying to learn how to listen to my body and I believe that my routine and the amount of days on and off will be a forever changing process.

Yeah, I’ve noticed that I’ve had far greater control of my PI’s with atleast 2-3 days off…not 1 day off. It just seems that by day 3 my penis is plumper and the workouts are much more conducive. Plus by doing this you can workout for longer amounts of time without a break that would be longer than a week.

I’ve been doing the 2-3 days off for a couple weeks now so I’ll continue to monitor how it goes. One vet on this board has had great gains over the years and he would incorporate random 3 day breaks.

When doing length only 3 days per week is about my max. For girth two days per week is my max. And I grew a little tiny bit, heeeeh!
