Tried those erect bends as illustrated in your very helpful videos last night…
As Mr. Burns would say: “Excellent!”
I think I nailed ‘em correctly… I felt the “burn”…held each bend for a few moments and didn’t go too far for the first try to avoid injury. Did all four directions (up, down, left, right) Did a few sets in between jelqing. I was able to keep a good hard on the whole time after all…
I noticed after performing each bend, after I release my grip, my dick gets this really nice surge of sensitivity and I get rock hard…this happen to you?
The only thing I haven’t tried yet was the DLD bends as they kind of confuse me and they seem scary, but I’ll knock them out soon enough. That “rolling” motion will take some practice.
A few questions come to mind… Is it practical to do these bends every day? Or at least every time I jelq? Should I take a day off in between bending sessions? I just want to get the most out of this exercise… and despite how it looks, it feels really good actually. Maybe it’s a good idea to alternate bends and uli-type squeezes, or can I just do ‘em all the same session?
