I don’t think I can explain; you have to figure this out based on your own limits.
Here’s where Uli lays out the exercise. If you are well-conditioned to PE, you can probably do this routine the way he suggests. When I was doing these, I began with just of few squeezes, working them into my jelking routine between pump sets and gradually increased the number of them over some weeks’ time. I’m lucky, I guess, in having an easily inflatable glans. I’d do the squeeze just long enough to get to what I considered my max glans expansion, then quit. And add a couple more next time.
If you overdo this exercise, the consequence is “red dots,” tiny exploded capillaries. You can read here at Thunders that some think red dots are an essential sign of progress. I regard them as a sign of injury. Good erectile response requires efficient capillary blood flow. I don’t want any of mine to explode, thank you. :)
