Head piece

Anyone Know where to buy the modified head piece (not the noose), but the new one, like the one from andromedical. Looks more comfy to me. Answers are appreciated.

how does the vacextender work for uncut guys like me? I really hate the noose system, makes my dickhead go all purple and bruises sometimes 2.

I’m not sure (I’m cut and haven’t yet used a vacuum hanger/extender). Maybe someone with more experience could post. Also— you might find more information in the reviews forum
