Its been a while since I graced these pages with my presence. I’d be PEing for quite a while when suddenly one day, I woke and measured - and found I had lost approximately 1/2” in girth overnight…

Refusing to believe this, I waited a few days and measured again… definitely only 5” (ish) girth. My heart sank. All the hard work gone to waste. Why has this happened? Improved girth was one of my primary reasons for joining up.

At 8x5, things are beginning to look a little silly - so some serious girth gains are needed pronto. Is there any way to make sure this doesn’t happen again? Some kinda insurance against girth loss or something?

Any help appreciated.

Usually when you lose, it’s because you are overdoing things and instead of micro tears, you have injuries. Probably moderation should be the word for the day. So if you start to bruise or get lots of the red spots, back off on whatever you are doing.

It might go against the grain of the no pain no gain theory, but I think if you feel more pleasure then pain doing PE, you are going to get better results.

I don’t think I was overdoing things. The lapse came after an extended break from PE.

Were you doing a length workout before your break, I lost some girth when I was hanging for a year without much like in hardly any girth workouts. It came right back fast when I resumed doing girth routines.

What type of PE work gave the the girth gain to begin with? Jelquing, pumping…?


Start: 6.3 x 5.2 (Feb '05)

Now: 7.9 x 5.65 (gain 1.6 x 0.45) - SFL 8.6"

Goal: 8.5 x 6.0 - Currently trying: handclamp squeeze, O-bends. My data - Progress log

Mainly jelquing and the like. I wasn’t so worried about my length - just the girth (didn’t want to end up with even more of a pencil-dick)

Well, I’m starting pumping tomorrow, hoping for some girth gain too. I will mix the pumping in with the jelquing when the tissues are softened up.

Have you considered trying this?

I’m not in the position to pump at the moment - currently at University.

I’ve just had a full and proper measuring session - and the official stats are now as follows:

8” BP length.
5.25” MSG
5.8” BG.

The base girth is promising - I guess I just need to spend more time doing Ulis etc.

Hey, I’m in the same boat. 8 length and if I stop PE for any length of time, I go right back to 5”. The most I have hit is 5.25”. I just can’t get the girth.

I have to tell you: I know for a fact that we can permanently stretch our dicks (length), but I am NOT convinced yet that girth gains are permanent. I think they may be akin to long-term swelling. Sure, we can stretch the tunica, but that doesn’t necessarily mean more “meat” will grow to fill it. Nobody has any facts about how/why more corpus spongeosum would magically grow just because we stress it by filling it with blood.

One vet reported here that he watched his 1-inch girth gain slowly disappear over the course of a year . . and concluded that girth gains are NOT permanent.


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics
