Heat during workout = to skip warm down?

This is something that I’ve bee thinking about for some time now.

I know a lot of people use heat during their PE workouts (I’m just about to buy a couple of devices that will allow me to do so, at last!), and I would like to know if it allows you to skip the warm down process (for example, the 5-10 minutes hot wrap) since your penis is hot during the time of the session.

Please tell me if it is a stupid question, or even throw me a tomatoe.

I would not skip this step.warm down. When I ve been doing mine, the warm down relaxes the tissue, and lets it expand to your work out, plus gives more flexibility to your dick for little injury. Just my thought.

I would still warm up first. I warm up I don’t keep it warm during the jelq session. Perhaps I should.

Yes, the warm up is VITAL!

I think the worm down process is vital. It helps to prevent discoloration, at least for me.

I think warming up is essential, and it gives your penis that nice elastic floppy feeling that is vital to stretching. ;) I wouldn’t skip the warm down either because, honestly, it just feels so damn good after a hard workout. :up:
