Hello, I’ve never posted here before but have been reading posts for about a month, something exciting happened and I decided I wanted to share it with people who’d care.

I grew, I’m a believer in PE. I have been jeqling and stretching since the third week of January and have grown over a 1/4 of and inch.

I measure myself Bone Pressed (which I wish I knew about earlier because I don’t know my BPEL starting measurement. I believe it’d be 6 1/4”) I started non bone pressed and learned from this site that bone pressed is the most accurate.

NBRE I was under just under six, maybe 5 7/8”. Now I’m over 6 1/4”. Between 6 3/4 - 6 7/8” BPE and can hit 7” when really hard.

I was on the toilet today and decided to do ai stretches and heard a “Squeesh” like the sound of a sponge filled water getting squished. It didn’t hurt at all, but it scared the crap out of me. I assumed it was a “Lig-pop” and checked up on hear and that’s what it sounds like to me.

Well I then decided to measure and it had grown to the Measurement it is now. I measured it Friday (Today is tuesday, Sat Sun off, jelq mon) and it was 6” NBP and 6 1/2- 6 5/8” BP tops.

This Lig pop and the measuring happened before I did my Jelqing for the day, just some doing some streches like usual throughout the day.

I sat there, measuring over and over not believing what the ruler was telling me. I am growing, and am a believer in PE.

Well I just had to tell someone, I feel like jumping for joy!

Finding out you can do what you thought was impossible is sweet. The next step is consistency. Be smart and keep at it and the gains will continue to follow. :D

Don’t get too nutso about the ruler, though. Better not to measure every time you think you have some change. Often you’ll be disappointed when you don’t see one and that disappointment brings on this little mental let-down. Best to stay on the “high” of a gain then set yourself a future measuring date.

If you haven’t yet, put your beginning stats and your gain in Size’s Data site (link at the bottom of most pages here.) Great way to track and also a super way to encourage others.

Good advice. I usually measure once a week, (is that too often?) but after the “pop” it looked bigger, and I had to check it out.

I PE at work, also my only internet connection, and last week I took a couple of days off, only allowing me to PE three days before resting for two. For the last couple of weeks my schedule looked like this. Starting on a monday.

5 days PE, 2 Rest (Normal routine)
5 days PE, 4 Rest (Two days off of work)
3 days PE, 2 Rest
1 day PE, 1 stretch and “Lig Pop” adding 1/4 gain.

I’ve gained a little gradually but this is by far the mosy notable and sizeable gain. I am wondering if the extra days rest had anything to do with it. Any opinions?

Once a week, nope! That’s not often at all - I am measuring every half an hour. That’s why I don’t post progress reports. It’s just too much data. :rolleyes:
