I am a very busy person. Very little time to PE with the exception in the shower and I know that I am not dedicating enough time for some results but after few months I think I should see some, but I haven’t I have had harder erections with PE but not any notice in size I am currently 6.25 to 6.50 and 5.5 girth and at first when getting on the site I was happy and thinking that 9 inches was capable now just hopeing for 7.5 or 8.0 girth I am happy with I know that will come anyway.

Questions

Is there anything I can do during the day? Wraps or something that can help optimize my time.

Anyone in the simliar situation can you help me on what you have done and worked for you. Also plz try and give details to be very helpful.

Jelqing is, I think, the most efficient exercise since a 3 sec stroke at 50-60% erection will give you an effective work out for both length and girth. If time is a premium I would perhaps do 5 min warmup, then 300 3-4 sec jelqs at 60% (15-20 min), then no warm down. maybe piss pulls and fowfer stretches thrown in for kicks. do this 5 of 7 days a week, you should see results.
