Help
I did not know where to ask this so here goes.Lately i’ve notice small red bumps on the underside of my penis close to the head in a line along the middle.They resemble poison ivy except they do not itch/hurt and cause no discomfort.They are just very unsightly.What is this and how can it be fixed?I had them before PE.
