Here I go again with this PE thing
Well, I think this is the third time I come back to PE, I never sticked more than 1 month to a routine.
My battle against procrastination wasn’t very easy.
But it’s been a year and half since I joined here, and I can’t stop wondering how big I could be if I never stopped.
This time is for real. I’m going to PE (at least) until the end of this year. Wish me luck.
My routine is 5 days on/weekend off
Alternating jelq and stretching by now:
5 min hot water cup
15 min jelq
5 min kegels
5 min hot shower then normal shower.
other day
5 min hot water cup
~10 min several types of stretching
5 min hot water cup
I’m already feeling better and more confident just by starting the routine. I hope to see some early newbie gains just to keep motivated, but if they don’t show up I won’t give up this time.
I got back to the gym too, so I restarted all the body enhancement I can do.
