Hey DLD "A" stretch question.

I asked this on the other forum and got a reply but wanted your opinion. I’ve been trying desperately to incoporate the “A” strethc into my routine.

I’m now only able to grab my wrist with the under hand if I’m pulling straight out. But not even close if pulling straight down. A few questions?:

1. Do you “A” stretch straight out or down, and if down are your arms infront of your legs or under them?

2. I seem to get an “overall” stretch feeling vs one that hits the ligs (pulling straight out with “A”) is this right, or should I keep some of my older stretches that seem to hit the ligs more for me?

3. Does the under hand cause there to be a bend in your stretch, and is it there for leverage?

I do my A Stretch Bundled Straight out and the glan is pointed downward. My arms are in front of me in a seated postion.

This is a difficult thing to answer. If this is in conjunction with the DLD Blasters then a total unflex of the PC muscle (Reverse Kegel) The majority of the stretch is being taken up by the ligs. The type of stretch you use should take full advantage of this state…for me the “A-Stretch” is the most powerful stretch I have. So for me the “A-Stretch” is the exclusive stretch I use. After a good set of Blasters using the “A-Stretch” my whole penis feels stretched but the soreness that sets in later in the day is at the suspensory ligs. My whole stretching routine takes place in my Blaster session. As far as just stretching aside from the Blasters I really don’t do it. This is something you will need to decide.

The wrist is being used as a lever in the case of the “A-Stretch” After the stretch is set up and I am at my stongest manual stretch position I am able to simply raise the lever (wrist) and add more tension.
