AM 5 minute hot soak in water - using a large plastic cup works well
5 minutes of DLD's dual-fulcrum stretches (30 seconds for each bend stretch)
5 minutes of DLD's A stretches while blasting (reverse kegels) Do a search for the modified A stretch because you may have difficulty with the regular A stretch until you get a little more length.
Another 5 minute hot soak
30 minute jelq session - start off with 3 minutes of light jelqing - then work into slow, intense jelqs lasting 5-8 seconds each. It is very important to have at least an 80% erection. Every 50 jelqs, do a 30 second erect bend, varying the point of the bend along the shaft.

Take a warm shower or bath and stretch for 10 minutes and do a 5 minute testicle massage.

However,since i was just starting to do it correctly i just did it once per day.Recently i have been doing the two a day,but it’s too early to tell how it’s been going.I’ve been doing the initial routine that i started up until a few weeks ago from late April.Previously i had a little experience with
PE,but i was unsure if i was doing it correctly.That is the main reason why i wanted to be mentored.You can see my initial pics in the pictures forum.
