added the bends to my routine. It’s basically all I’m doing in the girth department except for doing a few jelqes. Now here is the set-up which might be interesting for you.

I warm-up in the shower or with a rice sock. Then do my routine in IR Light. Damn this is the best. I constrict blood flow a little through a cloth that I wrap around the base. My unit gets engorged alot more than without the cloth and without the heat, and all without getting hard. And then, its O-bend-time.
