Holds vs. Clamps

Whenever I see a picture of a clamp or read about it, it sounds almost like a hold. Is that correct or am I way off?

I sometimes hear that a guy can use a clamp and stay rock hard while he has an orgasm and won’t cum because of the clamp, but wouldn’t a hold me somewhat similar?

and how long are you suppose to hold and/or clamp? would they be similar?

As far as staying hard after an orgasm, I think your confusing clamps with cock rings, I’ve never heard of anyone having sex with a clamp on.

Personally I do holding for my Ulis, I hold them for 180 seconds, but I recommend beginning with 30-40 seconds if your just starting out.
Clamping would probably give you a better hold and save you some manual effort.(But I don’t have clamps yet :dissap: )
