I finally feel like I’m making progress hanging. Yesterday, the ruler actually showed this in the form of a tad increase in my BPFSL. I am very psyched and very dedicated to being consistent.

But, hell, my family is planning a 6-day vacation over the holiday. I don’t dare bring my Bib (don’t think it would help the relationship with my wife to spend our vacation hanging).

What’s a guy to do? Any recommendations for keeping the gains coming over vacation?

I just want to see you explain the bib as it is going thru the metal detectors at the airport. LOL

When I go on vacation with the family, I just concentrate on jelqing or wear my ADS.

How long has it been since you took a short break? I have read many posts where PE’ers have taken a break and came back to get some quick gains. This could be the catalyst for the new gains you are looking for.

Just go on a vacation maintenance program. You can manual stretch after your shower, after taking a dump, or whenever you take a piss. All you need is a minute or two. That should be plenty to ensure you don’t lose a single millimeter.

I’d go with what gprent is saying.

If you’re going to take a break for deconditioning purposes then make it a long one (month+ at very least). If you don’t want to take a break but are forced to then keep breaking down those fibres a few mins AM and PM to stop them repairing fully (2 days off max).

I know. I’ll arrange a hiking trip, and stealthily manage some OTS hanging as described here.

Come to think of it, my Bib Hanger might come in handy while water skiing!

ModestoMan, I’d say just do some manual stretching for maintenance….nothing to be worried about…..maybe 10 minutes of stretching every other day or not even, maybe just every couple days.

I took the whole summer off and enjoyed it I only shook and cried the first 2 weeks
