I think you have to do it till it hurts a little. I noticed that my dick head is now smaller, is that bcuz my dick grew or becuz the head got squished? I kept thinking it’s the latter but I haven’t any info on whether it did anything or not.

So the story behind pe is just like working out: you have to push your boundaries a bit to get somewhere.

I’ve tried these for the last few days and my flaccid looks gnarly and veiny, but I only do one or two a day. I do a slight variation instead of doing the small ok I wrap my hand around the head and slowly squeeze until the blood is gone. I don’t know if I have made any gains in full erect but it does look cool when when semi. I’m gonna keep doing these and see where it leads.

I think that, from what I read, you are supposed to stop once you get past the head and hold, then release the tourniquet first then the one on the head. I’m gonna try this soon, I’ll post results later.

1. Make a tournique Ok sign to the root of the penis. Open, kegel, close.
2. OK sign, and start from the top of the glans, slide down under the glans, stop and hold.
3.Release root OK, release glans OK.

Am I correct?

PE + Hurt = Bad!

But you are right. Horse Squeezes are pretty much impossible to do without it hurting a little bit. They are one of the more high risk things that you can do in PE. If a guy has good self monitoring skills and months of conditioning with milder forms of girth work he can probably do them with only mild soreness and a bit of bruising. And when all other girth exercises have finally stopped giving gains Horse’s will often get you off of that plateau.

For someone without months of girth training above and beyond the n00b routine? Quick way to break your penis.

You got it, but instead of sliding the ok sign down the head you can just squeeze( not too hard though) the whole head so the blood gets in the shaft. Same thing basically but just squeezing it is much easier and less dangerous in my experience and I got just as good a expansion.

Take it slow in the beginning as this can be a risky technique, don’t want to break your penis in half or something like that.
